Shanghai Thin Yellow Noodles

This versatile noodle is identical to Shanghai Oil Noodles except only using egg whites instead of whole eggs as a key ingredient. A fresh, premium substitution for Ramen noodles. This noodle is very versatile – from stirfries to soup.

Enriched wheat flour, water, pasteurized egg white (triethyl citrate), salt, wheat gluten, potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate, corn starch, potassium sorbate.
