Water, High amylose rice flour, Modified potato starch, Modified tapioca starch, Wheat starch, Canola oil, Sodium propionate, Monoglyceride, Potassium sorbate, Xanthan gum.

PREPARATION / COOKING
Pierce film lid and microwave for 2 minutes. Serve with soup or stir fry with sauce of your preference. Noodles must be cooked to 74 °C for safe consumption.
