INTRODUCTION
Ramen noodles are a type of Japanese noodle made from wheat flour, water, salt, and an alkaline mineral water called kansui. This gives the noodles their characteristic chewy texture and yellowish colour. Typically, these noodles are served in a savoury broth, which can be based on soy sauce, miso, or pork bone (tonkotsu), and are often accompanied by toppings like sliced pork, green onions, boiled eggs, and nori.Â

Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour, Water, Gluten, Egg white, Tapioca starch, Salt, Potassium carbonate, Sodium carbonate, Potassium sorbate, Guar gum, Potassium phosphate, Sodium phosphate, Sunset yellow FCF (colour), Tartrazine (colour).

PREPARATION / COOKING
- Loosen ramen and add to boiling water. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Strain and put in a bowl.
- Bring soup of your choice to boil and pour into bowl with ramen.
- Add any vegetable and protein. Ready to serve.
