Filling

  • Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of the wrapper.
  • Fold the dumpling wrapper over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Press the middle edges together firmly, and then make two pleats on both the right and left sides to seal the dumpling. Make sure there are no air pockets inside.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling until you’ve used up all your ingredients.
