Liang Pi is a traditional Chinese dish from Shaanxi in China, featuring cold wheat or rice noodles served with a tangy dressing of soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, chilli oil, and other seasonings. Our ready-to-eat Liang Pi comes with a pack of base sauce, a pack of sesame sauce, and a pack of chilli oil; some cucumbers and gluten. The best refreshing and flavorful appetizer in summer.

Ingredients: Noodle: Water, Enriched wheat flour, Monoglycerides, Sodium propionate, Potassium sorbate, Salt, Xanthan gum. Base sauce: Water, Rice vinegar (water, vinegar, rice, salt, sugar, wheat bran, sodium benzoate, fermented soybean, citric acid), Salt, Garlic, Soy sauce (water, fermented soybeans, wheat, salt, sugar, sodium benzoate, maltodextrin), Citric acid, Monosodium glutamate, Sugar, Spices, Sesame oil. Cucumber. Gluten: Water, Gluten flour, Yeast, Sugar. Sesame peanut sauce: Water, Peanut butter, Sesame paste (sesame seed, canola oil). Chili oil: Canola oil, Chili flakes, Spices. Contains: Wheat, Sesame, Peanut, Soy.
