COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare Noodles
- Cook chow mein noodles in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes
- Drain and set aside
- Heat a pan with oil and add cooked chow mein to the pan
- Add soy sauce and stir fry the noodles until the noodles are coloured
- Prepare Vegetables
- Add sliced onion, scallion, and bean sprouts to the pan
- Stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender
- Season with salt
- Stir-Fried & Serve
- Toss noodles into the pan and stir fry with the vegetables
- Serve hot and enjoy your delicious vegetarian chow mein!
